Orders can be collected Monday to Saturday 10am-5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders must be picked within 14 days from purchase. Any orders not purchased within this time frame will be cancelled and then you will receive store credit to your account. Please note we are not responsbile for the parcel if the Royal Mail do not leave a card. It is up the customer to know they have a parcel coming and liase with their local Post Office to receive this.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

For all UK deliveries we use Royal Mail trackable deliveries. A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note with further instructions.
