ORDERS

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with us you agree to and accept these Terms. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact us at blushboutiqueamersham@gmail.com before placing an order.

By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to Blush Boutique to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable) we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and Blush Boutique for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. We will take payment from your credit/debit card when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your legal rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Price are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery charges.

Blush Boutique may choose not to accept an order for any reason.

Payment of the Price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the order.

Blush Boutique reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time. We shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any items from the Website or for refusing to process an order.

Please note, international orders are not returnable or refundable.

DELIVERIES

Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Please see our delivery options and charges.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Blush Boutique can not accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We endeavour to display all items currently available on our website, and aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes while a product is active. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. If this is the case, you will not be able to add it to your shopping bag.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods and the delivery charges. We will process the refund without delay and in any event not later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or (b) if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we receive your cancellation notification. You will then need to return the item(s) either to one of our stores or by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost. Please see further the Returns Policy for information on how to cancel your order after receipt of your products.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our returns policy. Our returns policy applies in addition to your legal right to cancel above and does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed products.

If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. For further details please read our Returns Policy.

RETURNING YOUR ITEMS

Whether exercising your legal right to cancel or returning a product under our returns policy, certain items cannot be returned, for example, for hygiene reasons. For further details please visit our Returns page .

Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item to one of our stores. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase at our stores we cannot return or exchange the goods.

Please enclose your completed returns form on the reverse of your delivery note.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Except as may be implied by law where Blush Boutique is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the us the remedies of the customer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the Price of the Goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of BlushBoutique for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the us or that of the our agents or employees.

While Blush Boutique uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this Website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Blush Boutique will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this Website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.

Further, Blush Boutique will not be responsible nor liable for your use of any other Websites which you may access via links within this Website. Blush Boutique does not control these Websites and is not responsible for their content. Any such links are provided merely as a service to users of this Website and their inclusion in this Website does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with Blush Boutique. To the extent it is possible to exclude the application of other laws and regulations, these Terms and your use of our Website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This Website and our Terms have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Blush Boutique shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the customer upon making a purchase.
